This service has a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks unless overwise agreed in writing.
Each Pet Pal is lovingly handcrafted from scratch—brought to life from memory to stitch with care and attention to detail. Please allow a standard production time of two weeks, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
I often complete orders ahead of schedule, but if you need your Pet Pal by a specific date, you must inform me in advance and receive written confirmation of my agreement. While I always aim to oblige, my ability to meet specific deadlines depends on my current workload and existing commitments.
Once posted, delivery is in the capable hands of Royal Mail. If I believe your requested deadline is particularly tight, I’ll let you know promptly. In such cases, I may suggest collection at an agreed date and time or recommend a faster postal service to suit your timeframe—please note that this may involve additional shipping costs.
If any delays are caused on my end, I will fully cover any extra costs incurred.
